The lowdown

Richmond's no-chicken pieces are made from textured soya protein with a chargrilled, thyme-seasoned finish. They're ready to eat, so they're great for salads, wraps and sandwiches, or you can heat them for a quick stir-fry.

How to cook it

Ready to eat. To serve hot, pan-fry in 1 tbsp oil for 4–5 minutes, or oven-cook at 200°C for about 13 minutes (brand guidance).

Always follow the instructions on your pack and make sure it's piping hot before serving.
