The lowdown

Beyond Meat's Italian-style meatballs are made with pea protein and come eight to a pack. They brown nicely in a pan before going into a tomato sauce, so they're made for spaghetti and meatballs or a meatball marinara sub.

How to cook it

Shallow-fry in oil over a medium-high heat for about 9 minutes, turning frequently, or air-fry at 180°C for 7 minutes (retailer listing).

Always follow the instructions on your pack and make sure it's piping hot before serving.
