The lowdown

Part of Tesco's Plant Chef range, these meat-free sausages are made from seasoned textured soya protein and marked suitable for vegans. They're an easy weeknight banger for sausage and mash or a casserole.

How to cook it

Oven-cook on a preheated tray at 200°C (fan 180°C) for about 16 minutes, or grill for 14–16 minutes, turning occasionally (retailer listing).

Always follow the instructions on your pack and make sure it's piping hot before serving.
